Loyly is amazing ! All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and it’s such a vibe. World class plunge pool fits multiple people so you can chat with your friends. Saltwater hot tub & infrared saunas are top of the line. Definitely adding this to my routine, I felt amazing after the contrast therapy session. if you need a reason to go, there are SO MANY. Excellent for your body, mind and spirit. You will undoubtedly leave feeling incredible. Worth every penny. I recommend it to everyone

Cindy and Jess put us at ease immediately and, since it was our first time doing a cold plunge, they were with us every step of the way. Not only was the whole appointment fun but after a cycle of 3 plunge/hot tub/sauna my body felt amazing! My skin even looked glowy! Thanks Loyly!
