A monthly gathering for the Women of Löyly, a sacred circle rooted in contrast therapy, connection, and feminine fire. Each session features a theme, a guest or guide, and shared time in the waters.

Guided discussion led by Naomi Ring of Tsunami Coaching
Followed by a communal contrast therapy session (sauna, cold plunge, hot tub)
If you have not read Untamed, we recommend you do so before the gathering. However, it is not a requirement and we would love to have you.

These sessions can be customized with team-building exercises, guided discussions on stress management, or goal-setting activities.
As a social wellness venue, we encourage companies to use Löyly Sauna Lounge as an offsite space to foster trust, resilience, and camaraderie among employees. Our founders and staff can even provide educational talks on the science of stress and recovery as part of the program.
