Imagine treating your team or group of friends to a private contrast therapy session – bonding in the cold plunge and sauna, then relaxing in our lounge area with healthy refreshments. These sessions can be customized with team-building exercises, guided discussions on stress management, or goal-setting activities.
As a social wellness venue, we encourage companies to use Löyly Sauna Lounge as an offsite space to foster trust, resilience, and camaraderie among employees. Our founders and staff can even provide educational talks on the science of stress and recovery as part of the program.
