Conceptual Design
We begin every project by deeply understanding your aspirations through in-depth consultations. We analyze the physical site, environmental factors, budget constraints and vision to develop a tailored conceptual design. This includes preliminary drawings and spatial diagrams laying out possibilities.

Schematic Design
After you review and provide feedback on the conceptual plan, we create more technical schematic designs showing initial building layouts, adjacencies, sizes, forms, and proposed materials. 3D renderings help visualize concepts digitally.

Design Development
Now we refine the schematic design, developing technical specifications for all elements including lighting, acoustics, systems furniture, finishes, and custom architectural details. Energy modeling ensures efficiency.

Construction Documentation
In this final design phase, we produce in-depth construction drawings showing all architectural, structural, and MEP systems specifications required to accurately price, permit, and build the project.

Getting Our Start
Founders Sarah Taylor and James Thompson open doors, bringing a combined 25 years of design expertise. United by a passion for creating spaces that improve people's lives, Sarah and James aimed to make a mark through resilient and inspiring architectural projects.

Growing to 10 Strong
We expand our team to include five architects plus support staff as project requests increase.

Award-Winning Hospitality Projects
Our innovative hotel and restaurant designs earn three Interior Design Hospitality Awards and appear in magazines. We brought our artistic vision to life in three boutique hotel projects, which went on to earn Interior Design Hospitality Awards and appear in Architectural Digest.
2017
Residential Portfolios Expanding
80% of projects now in high-end custom residential including expansive rural estates and high-rise urban condos. Our personalized approach to understanding client aspirations enabled the creation.
2021
Next-Gen Technologies
We begin utilizing virtual reality, 3D printing, and robotics take customized architectural modeling to the next level. 3D printed scale models enabled rapid prototyping of creative concepts. Behind the scenes, technologies improved energy modeling, structural calculations, and diagramming for increased efficiency.

The Future is Green
Now a team of 50 strong, over 80% of projects achieve sustainability goals, with five new zero-energy commercial builds.
